This compact mobile machine can manage a wide variety of applications and provides maximum flexibility. With its upgraded electrical system, hydraulic belt-tightener, more powerful main drive, and modular design, the AK 315 high-speed grinder is highly customizable to fit your operation.

The new MTU engine with 230 KW even meets the latest Stage V emissions standard.

• HINGED RADIATOR – Easily accessible and includes an automatic reversing fan.
• UPSWING ROTOR –  Large 2.5-ton rotor with easily replaceable tips grinds the material. Extra contaminant protection is provided by the free-swinging design.
• FEED ROLL – A reversible feed roll ensures material is consistently and evenly fed.
• REAR CONVEYOR – Material is discharged via rear conveyor.
• OVERBAND MAGNET –  Removes ferrous metals.
• LARGE ACCESS DOORS – Large maintenance doors provide easy access to all critical components and functions.
• ONE-PIECE SIZING SCREEN – Mesh screens easily replaced in 10 minutes or less.
• LATEST ENGINE – Engine and exhaust technology, compliance with Stage V exhaust emission standard.
• Freely swinging flails of the flail drum, with a centrifugal mass of approx. 1.3 t, have individually exchangeable flail tips, which are adapted to the specific material (e.g. hard metal or hard-faced tips).
• Lowerable rear belt for the shortest set-up times and maximum accessibility and ease of maintenance to the flail drum, tools or pushpit.
• Rear belt length 6m.
• Interchangeable fine shredding basket*, the material grain size is determined by the mesh width (30 – 320 mm), special baskets* with 3D technology for the use of waste wood for more structure in the end product (*optional).
• Ideal for smaller systems.
